PRW&EA Annual Assembly 2026 will bring together its membership in Guaynabo
The Puerto Rico Water & Environment Association (PRW&EA) invites all its members to participate in the Annual Assembly 2026, an important gathering for the organization and its membership. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Terra Convention Center in Guaynabo.
The Annual Assembly 2026 is an opportunity for members to receive relevant updates about the association, take part in institutional processes, and contribute to strengthening the organization. In addition, key matters related to the future of PRW&EA will be discussed, and active member participation in decision-making processes will be encouraged.
Board of Directors Nominations 2026–2027
As part of the agenda for the assembly, members will have the opportunity to participate in the nomination process for candidates for the Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term. Those interested in submitting nominations before the event may contact Ms. Janice Adorno, 2026–2027 President. Nominations will also remain open during the Annual Assembly 2026 to ensure broader member participation.
Participation and Requirements for the Annual Assembly 2026
PRW&EA reminds all members of the importance of keeping their membership active in order to exercise their right to participate and vote. Members who are unable to attend in person may delegate their vote through a written proxy to an active member present at the meeting.
